Otp Verification Policy

At NPK Distributors, we value the security and privacy of our users.
To protect sensitive pricing information and ensure genuine inquiries, we use an OTP (One-Time Password) verification system.

When you click “View Price” on any product page:

1. You will be asked to enter your mobile number.

2. You’ll receive a one-time verification code via SMS.

3. Enter that OTP to verify your request and view product prices.

We use Twilio as our trusted SMS service provider to send these verification codes.

• Purpose: OTP is used only for user verification, not for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Frequency: Users receive a one-time code per verification attempt.

• Data Use: Mobile numbers are securely stored and not shared with third parties.
